“Documents required: Birth Certificate issued by any Govt. Authority dealing with Birth registration. The Birth Certificate of the student shall be issued prior to 31.03.2020 to enable his/ her participation in S.G.F.I. National Games”.

Student must be studying in the previous class they are applying for. The relevant class in which student shall be studying at the time of registration is as under:

छात्र को उसी पिछली कक्षा में अध्ययनरत होना चाहिए जिसके लिए वह आवेदन कर रहा है। पंजीकरण के समय छात्र जिस कक्षा में अध्ययन कर रहा होगा, उसका विवरण इस प्रकार है:

Documents required: Undertaking/ declaration from the school on their letter head that the student is studying in the class mentioned or mark sheet/ progress card of the year 2024-25.

आवश्यक दस्तावेज: स्कूल से उनके लेटर हेड पर अंडरटेकिंग/घोषणा कि छात्र उल्लिखित कक्षा में अध्ययन कर रहा है या वर्ष 2024-25 की मार्कशीट/प्रगति कार्ड।

Student while applying must be participating/ practicing in his/her chosen sports for at least 6 months prior to the date of registration.

आवेदन करते समय छात्र को पंजीकरण की तिथि से कम से कम 6 महीने पहले अपने चुने हुए खेल में भाग लेना/अभ्यास करना होगा।

To understand and have ready information regarding the rules, regulations and the undertakings to be submitted at the time of admission shall be read and understood by the applicant/ guardian before submitting online registration. In the interest of the students and the administrative requirements, the rules & regulations are subject to change and Delhi Sports University reserves the right in this regard.

प्रवेश के समय प्रस्तुत किए जाने वाले नियमों, विनियमों और वचनों के बारे में जानकारी प्राप्त करना और तैयार रखना आवेदक/अभिभावक को ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण प्रस्तुत करने से पहले पढ़ना और समझना होगा। छात्रों के हित और प्रशासनिक आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार, नियम और विनियम परिवर्तन के अधीन हैं और दिल्ली खेल विश्वविद्यालय इस संबंध में अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।

Delhi Sports School has commenced it's journey in August, 2023 and will complete it's second academic session in March 2025. During these two years, admitted students have shown tremendous improvement in their sporting performance and have brought laurels for themselves and DSS. Details of vacant seats in different classes sports wise as on 01.04.2025 will be notified for information of all. However same may change on the actual date of admission. Further, in case of unavailability of suitable candidates in certain sports, such vacant seats may be shifted to other games/class.

दिल्ली स्पोर्ट्स स्कूल ने अगस्त, 2023 में अपनी यात्रा शुरू की है और मार्च 2025 में अपना दूसरा शैक्षणिक सत्र पूरा करेगा। इन दो वर्षों के दौरान, प्रवेशित छात्रों ने अपने खेल प्रदर्शन में जबरदस्त सुधार दिखाया है और अपने और डीएसएस के लिए गौरव बढ़ाया है। 01.04.2025 तक विभिन्न कक्षाओं में खेलवार रिक्त सीटों का विवरण सभी की जानकारी के लिए सूचित किया जाएगा। हालाँकि प्रवेश की वास्तविक तिथि पर इसमें परिवर्तन हो सकता है। इसके अलावा, कुछ खेलों में उपयुक्त उम्मीदवारों की अनुपलब्धता के मामले में, ऐसी रिक्त सीटों को अन्य खेलों/कक्षाओं में स्थानांतरित किया जा सकता है।

The final vacancy statement will be published before the declaration of the Final Merit List after conduct of Stage-II.

अंतिम रिक्ति विवरण चरण-II के आयोजन के बाद अंतिम मेरिट सूची की घोषणा से पहले प्रकाशित किया जाएगा।

For the games where weight category is there i.e. Wrestling, Weightlifting and Boxing, the student shall be having the required weight at the time of registration and at the time of Talent Scouting as mentioned in the Weight Category (Table-II). Only those candidates who fall in that weight category shall fill the registration forms.

जिन खेलों में भार वर्ग है, जैसे कुश्ती, भारोत्तोलन और मुक्केबाजी, उनके लिए छात्र का पंजीकरण के समय और प्रतिभा खोज के समय भार वर्ग (तालिका-II) में उल्लिखित आवश्यक भार होना चाहिए। केवल वे अभ्यर्थी ही पंजीकरण फॉर्म भरेंगे जो उस भार वर्ग में आते हैं।

For weight category games, age and weight must be according to the given Chart below

भार वर्ग के खेलों के लिए, आयु और वजन नीचे दिए गए चार्ट के अनुसार होना चाहिए

1.Before submission of the online application, candidates must check and ensure that they have filled correct details in each field of the online application form. Once an online application form is submitted, no request for change/correction/modification (including option of Sport) will be entertained or allowed under any circumstances. Requests received in this regard, in any form like Post, Fax, Email, by hand etc. shall not be entertained and no correspondence will be made in this regard.

ऑनलाइन आवेदन जमा करने से पहले, उम्मीदवारों को यह जांचना और सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि उन्होंने ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र के प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में सही विवरण भरा है। एक बार ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र जमा हो जाने के बाद, किसी भी परिस्थिति में परिवर्तन/सुधार/संशोधन (खेल के विकल्प सहित) के अनुरोध पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा या अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। इस संबंध में किसी भी रूप में जैसे पोस्ट, फैक्स, ईमेल, हाथ से आदि प्राप्त अनुरोधों पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा और इस संबंध में कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

2.Candidates are advised not to furnish any particular that is not true or suppress any material information while filling the application form. If, any such thing is noticed at any stage of admission process, candidature of such applicant will be subjected to cancellation and no further communication will be made.

अभ्यर्थियों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे आवेदन पत्र भरते समय ऐसा कोई विवरण न दें जो सत्य न हो या किसी भी महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी को न छिपाएँ। यदि प्रवेश प्रक्रिया के किसी भी चरण में ऐसी कोई बात सामने आती है, तो ऐसे आवेदक की उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी और आगे कोई संचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

3.Mere submission of application does not guarantee admission in Delhi Sports School and subsequent admission in Delhi Sports University.

केवल आवेदन जमा करने से दिल्ली स्पोर्ट्स स्कूल में प्रवेश और उसके बाद दिल्ली स्पोर्ट्स यूनिवर्सिटी में प्रवेश की गारंटी नहीं मिलती है

4.Some of the sports facilities and supporting facilities are in its final stage of completion.

कुछ खेल सुविधाएं और सहायक सुविधाएं पूरी होने के अंतिम चरण में हैं।

All the talented sports students from all over the country who desire to excel in the field of sports and is participating/ practicing in the 10 identified sports and meet eligibility criteria may get themselves registered on the link given in the circular during the registration period.

देश भर के सभी प्रतिभाशाली खेल छात्र जो खेल के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्टता हासिल करने की इच्छा रखते हैं और 10 चिन्हित खेलों में भाग ले रहे हैं/अभ्यास कर रहे हैं और पात्रता मानदंडों को पूरा करते हैं, वे पंजीकरण अवधि के दौरान परिपत्र में दिए गए लिंक पर अपना पंजीकरण करा सकते हैं।

After the registration, all desirous students whose application found to be in order and eligible for talent scouting, will be asked to attend talent scouting camps on the dates and venue decided by the Delhi Sports School. At this stage, every candidate will have to appear in two levels of tests i.e. Level-I and Level-ll conducted to measure endurance and presence of basic skills related to the chosen sport. The details of the weightage assigned to Level-I and Level-II tests in preparation of Score Sheet of Stage-I and the Final Merit list is elaborated in the Table-I. These two levels of testing in this stage will carry a weightage as decided by Delhi Sports School. Candidates meeting the cut off decided by the Delhi Sports School will be called for the next state of testing based on their ranking (from Top to bottom) depending upon the number of seats on offer.

पंजीकरण के बाद, सभी इच्छुक छात्र जिनका आवेदन सही पाया गया और प्रतिभा स्काउटिंग के लिए पात्र पाए गए, उन्हें दिल्ली स्पोर्ट्स स्कूल द्वारा तय की गई तारीखों और स्थान पर प्रतिभा स्काउटिंग शिविरों में भाग लेने के लिए कहा जाएगा। इस स्तर पर, प्रत्येक उम्मीदवार को चुने हुए खेल से संबंधित बुनियादी कौशल की सहनशक्ति और उपस्थिति को मापने के लिए आयोजित परीक्षणों के दो स्तरों यानी लेवल- I और लेवल-ll में उपस्थित होना होगा। स्टेज-I की स्कोर शीट और अंतिम मेरिट सूची की तैयारी में लेवल-I और लेवल-II परीक्षणों को दिए गए वेटेज का विवरण तालिका-I में विस्तृत है। इस चरण में परीक्षण के इन दो स्तरों को दिल्ली स्पोर्ट्स स्कूल द्वारा तय किए गए अनुसार महत्व दिया जाएगा। दिल्ली स्पोर्ट्स स्कूल द्वारा तय की गई कटऑफ को पूरा करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्रस्तावित सीटों की संख्या के आधार पर उनकी रैंकिंग (ऊपर से नीचे तक) के आधार पर परीक्षण के अगले राज्य के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।

Based on the number of seats on offer, the candidates who meet the cut off criteria will be called for Stage Il (Sports Trial, Sports skill & advance sports science tests) on the date and venue decided by the DSS. The details of the weightage assigned to the tests undertaken in this stage in preparation of Score Sheet of Stage-ll and the Final Merit list is already elaborated in the Table-II. At this stage, Past Medical History, Blood Test Report, Spine X-Ray to be also brought by the candidate.

प्रस्ताव पर सीटों की संख्या के आधार पर, कट ऑफ मानदंडों को पूरा करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को डीएसएस द्वारा तय की गई तारीख और स्थान पर स्टेज II (स्पोर्ट्स ट्रायल, स्पोर्ट्स स्किल और एडवांस स्पोर्ट्स साइंस टेस्ट) के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। स्टेज- II की स्कोर शीट और अंतिम मेरिट सूची की तैयारी में इस चरण में किए गए परीक्षणों को दिए गए वेटेज का विवरण पहले से ही तालिका- II में विस्तृत है। इस चरण में, उम्मीदवार को पिछला मेडिकल इतिहास, रक्त परीक्षण रिपोर्ट, स्पाइन एक्स-रे भी लाना होगा।

After the stage I and Stage-II, combined merit list will be prepared based on the weightage assigned to each test/ skill test. combined merit list will be prepared which will be arrived at after assigning weightage of 25% to Stage-l (Talent Scouting Stage) performance, 70% to stage II (Sports Trial Stage) performance and 5% to past achievements as given in Table-III. The weightage in the Final Merit List will be determined as per the criteria outlined in Table-IV.
Candidates (who at least meet the cut of criteria decided by the DSS at the time of Provisional Selection) equal to the number of vacancies will be provisionally selected for admission in Delhi Sports School for the session 2025-26. However, this weightage criteria may be subject to any change as per the assessment criteria decided by the Admission Committee, Delhi Sports School and approved by Competent Authority prior to the publication of the final merit list.
Based on the marks obtained and the number of seats on offer, candidates will be offered provisional admission for which Provisional Admission list will be prepared and candidates will be invited for Medical Tests and admission in Delhi Sports School.
After successful medical tests, final document verification and completion of other formalities, student will be admitted in Delhi Sports School.

चरण I और चरण- II के बाद, प्रत्येक परीक्षण/कौशल परीक्षण को दिए गए वेटेज के आधार पर संयुक्त योग्यता सूची तैयार की जाएगी। संयुक्त योग्यता सूची तैयार की जाएगी जो स्टेज- I (टैलेंट स्काउटिंग स्टेज) के प्रदर्शन को 25%, स्टेज II (स्पोर्ट्स ट्रायल स्टेज) के प्रदर्शन को 70% और पिछली उपलब्धियों को 5% का वेटेज देने के बाद तैयार की जाएगी जैसा कि तालिका- III में दिया गया है। अंतिम मेरिट सूची में वेटेज तालिका-IV में उल्लिखित मानदंडों के अनुसार निर्धारित किया जाएगा।
रिक्तियों की संख्या के बराबर उम्मीदवार (जो कम से कम अनंतिम चयन के समय डीएसएस द्वारा तय किए गए मानदंडों को पूरा करते हैं) को सत्र 2025-26 के लिए दिल्ली स्पोर्ट्स स्कूल में प्रवेश के लिए अनंतिम रूप से चुना जाएगा। हालाँकि, यह वेटेज मानदंड प्रवेश समिति, दिल्ली स्पोर्ट्स स्कूल द्वारा तय किए गए मूल्यांकन मानदंड और अंतिम योग्यता सूची के प्रकाशन से पहले सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा अनुमोदित के अनुसार किसी भी बदलाव के अधीन हो सकता है।

सफल मेडिकल परीक्षण, अंतिम दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन और अन्य औपचारिकताएं पूरी करने के बाद, छात्र को दिल्ली स्पोर्ट्स स्कूल में प्रवेश दिया जाएगा।

The candidate must score minimum of 60% marks in the final merit list to be consider for provisional admission which contains different weightages of different stages and past achievement. However admission will be offered on the basis of merit list. The student has to perform to the best of his/ her potential at every stage of the process as topping of the merit list does not automatically guarantee admission to the student concerned. The weightage given to each test is elaborated as under for the understanding of the applicant:

अनंतिम प्रवेश पर विचार करने के लिए उम्मीदवार को अंतिम मेरिट सूची में न्यूनतम 60% अंक प्राप्त करने होंगे, जिसमें विभिन्न चरणों और पिछली उपलब्धियों के अलग-अलग वेटेज शामिल हैं। हालाँकि प्रवेश योग्यता सूची के आधार पर दिया जाएगा। छात्र को प्रक्रिया के प्रत्येक चरण में अपनी क्षमता का सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन करना होगा क्योंकि मेरिट सूची में टॉप करना संबंधित छात्र को प्रवेश की स्वचालित गारंटी नहीं देता है। आवेदक की समझ के लिए प्रत्येक परीक्षण को दिए गए वेटेज को निम्नानुसार विस्तृत किया गया है:
